We engage in real estate development as market conditions permit; we also own and operate our residential high-rise apartments, hotel suite accommodations, single family dwellings, as well as management of our commercial and retail spaces, all of which are in optimal locations, suited for their purpose. Our company also holds a prime land inventory for a variety of future developments.
